One of the major tool of the Earth prison system has been to manipulate people to get their free will agreement on their own enslavement. This can be easily seen with mass media manipulations, however there is a deeper and more important layer to this, which is all the contracts that have been signed by the people over the many thousands of years in the Earth prison system.

High level secret negotiations continue 
as rogue state Israel’s military put under air and sea blockade

The rogue state of Israel has been put under an “electromagnetic cordon sanitaire,” meaning that its military airplanes are grounded and its warships are unable to leave their ports, according to Pentagon officials. The blockade has now been intensified because US military and Russian government sources agree an Israeli F16 jet fighter flying out of Ramon Airforce base shot down a Russian airliner in the Sinai desert on Halloween, killing 224 people. “Israel is now stuck in its sandbox and can only bomb Gaza or shoot down airliners,” a Pentagon official added. The downing of the airliner has also now opened the way legally for Russian attacks on Israel proper, the officials said.

During the invasion of 1996, the Archons and the Chimera have put a negative barrier at the edge of the Solar System (the heliopause). All beings contained within that barrier inside the Solar System, including all surface humans, all Cabal factions, all subterranean beings (with the exception of a very few individuals), all secret space programs personnel, all Pleiadians, Sirians, Andromedans, Arcturians, Dracos, Reptilians, Zetas and all other sentient beings whatsoever were implanted with plasma implants and tied to Chimera's AI network (the Veil). Vast majority of beings who had connection with the Ascended Masters were having that connection cut. Many memories of spiritual nature were erased with electronic dissolution of memory (EDOM). Many beings who intended to release intel to the surface population were mind programmed and in many instances false intel and memories were implanted. All channelers were implanted and most their channeling connections were severely disrupted.

This is the reason why I have not yet released the intel about the Ascension plan, as the situation is simply not ready.

In 1999, the Light forces started constructing a Light barrier at the heliopause with the intention of containing darkness infection inside our Solar System and then later clearing it. This barrier was mostly complete in late 2014 and absolutely complete in May 2015.

這完全荒謬。我訪問過紅龍代表和Louisa和他們的團隊。他們對這方面有相當正面的理解。他們都在關注發生的事情。就我知道的情況，那些人沒有任何証據。基於你以前的文章他們作出很多預測(指控)。我不想讓你評論太多，但這類事情正在增多。而似乎有些人知道了一些信息，但又不按常理而轉為攻擊他人。這類事件正在增加。

COBRA – 這個情況是因為很多人以自己的理解在傳播信息，但他們沒有做好自己的工作。他們沒有轉化內在的陰暗，當他們開始做這種事情，他們在暴露自己。並且越來越多能量浮現出來，觸發內在的陰暗，使他們傾向於把這些投射到其他人身上，而不是去反省自身。另外非物質實體仍然在一定程度上存在於以太層，引發這些對其他人的攻擊行為。因為這是分裂地表正面勢力的最有效方式，我很驚訝人們如此容易就落入那些陷阱裏。光明勢力估計有50%的博主很容易受到這類操縱而去攻擊他人。那些冷靜的人....我會這麼說，那些真正代表阿加森網絡的人不會公開地攻擊任何人。

Rob – 是的，我們知道那個網站是某個和某個跟某個與阿加森網絡有接觸的人建立的。我看了他們的網站，似乎與Luis的南美之旅的關於內部地球，阿加森網絡，淨光兄弟會這些見聞不一樣。地下有不同意識水平的世界，我想你給我們說一下整體的情況。

我意思是，我本來以為有兩個陣營。我以為有蜥蜴人，灰人政府，天龍星人，高大白人等等，另一方面又有非常正面靈性的網絡之類。你能否跟我們說一下地下的情況。不是說具體的位置諸如此類，但我想聽聽關於地下的正面團體。是否有一些團體因為負面入侵而撤離。我們談的那個團體把人類看作寄生虫，這與我對正面阿加森網絡的印象不符。

COBRA – 你是想我談現在地下的總體狀況還是過去的情況？

然後又有一些組織叫做逃離團體escape group。那些人從地表上撤離，因為他們不喜歡地表的環境於是轉到地下。他們建立了自己的分離文明breakaway civilization。一些是來自古希臘，古埃及甚至亞特蘭蒂斯。當地表出現大變動，很多人會進入地底建立他們自己的分離

Meditation for Europe was a great success. Masses of people have responded very quickly to the call and together we have managed to stabilize the energy in Europe to a great extent. It is interesting to note that response was the greatest in countries most affected with refugee crisis: Germany and Hungary. Although the source of the refugee crisis (the Cabal) has not been removed yet, our vigilance and rapid action can counteract the consequences of their actions to a great extent.

歐洲和平冥想非常的成功。世界各地的民眾在短時間內響應這次的活動，因而我們已經大幅穩定了歐洲的能量。値得注意的是：冥想活動在歐洲難民危機影響最嚴重的兩個國家:德國和匈牙利獲得最熱烈的迴響。雖然難民危機的根源(陰謀集團)尚未被移除，我們的警覺心和快速行動可以大幅度地改善他們造成的結果。

Therefore the Light forces have requested that we keep holding the focus and do this meditation daily at the same time (7 pm Central European Summer Time) until the situation is stabilized further.
